Yonatan Ephrat Architecture Studio handles all renovation-related elements, starting with the conception of a new, creative arrangement for the space and followed by the translation of that idea into a complete set of architectural plans that accounts for everything from plumbing, electric, lighting, air conditioning, heating to ceilings, tile layouts, moldings and detailed elevations and sections.

We incorporate our clients’ visions and our own expertise into detailed drawings and three-dimensional renderings that bring the design to life for our clients before it is put into effect.

Interior design

 

We base our designs on the visions of our clients and draw inspiration from the unique setting of each property.

Our interior designs include intricate kitchen and carpentry planning. Clients who wish to be a part of the process will accompany us when we shop for the perfect tiles and sanitary fixtures to complement our design plan. They will also partake in the selection of furniture as well as materials, colors and textures.

Featuring window treatments and lighting solutions that flatter the space and style we’ve assembled, our design projects encompass anything and everything that the renovation demands.

From the classic to the modern, we work with our clients to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

 

project management

Throughout the renovation, our team provides on-site management, overseeing each and every stage of the project. We regularly update our clients, whether based in Israel or abroad, on our progress and produce clear timetables outlining the expected duration of each phase of the construction.  

Our Studio has an extensive network of contractors with whom we collaborate to provide a full range of services. We work with carpenters, electricians, engineers and specialists in all aspects of construction to deliver complete results and leave our clients with stunning and elegant spaces.
