about the architect

Born in LA and raised in Israel, I took an interest in the design world from a very young age. My father is a developer and I grew up in the industry, both observing and pitching in when it came to creative layouts, design and renovations.

My interest became a career path when I enrolled in Ort College in Tel Aviv to study practical engineering in architecture and design. Upon earning my degree, I gained valuable experience working at several architecture and design studios. With ideas of my own that I was eager to execute, I enthusiastically ventured out on my own and founded Yonatan Ephrat Architecture Studio.

 

Fluent in both Hebrew and English, I have experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and molding my designs to accommodate their unique tastes.

Yonatan Ephrat Architecture Studio is a Jerusalem-based boutique architecture and interior design company that specializes in the design of both new and old residential and commercial spaces. Utilizing 2D and 3D design programs, the Studio blends practical and tasteful design elements to provide results that are both functional and beautiful.

 

Our Studio takes on all aspects of the project, from conceptualizing and planning the design to preparing 3D mock-ups for our clients and, finally, to actualizing our shared vision down to the very last detail. The use of modern technology allows us to collaborate with clients even when they are based outside of Israel, and to keep them informed and involved every step of the way.

 

With a keen attention to detail and a natural ability to maximize spaces of all shapes and sizes, we deliver designs and renovations that are tailored to the specific needs of each client and project.
